By accessing or using Mulligan ("the Service"), operated by eldrazi.dev ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Mulligan is a competitive EDH (cEDH) mulligan training tool that allows users to practice opening hand decisions, goldfish playtest decks, record and share game replays, participate in multiplayer sessions, and engage with community features such as hand voting and comments.
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service allows users to post comments, save hands, create puzzles, and share replays ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.
You agree not to post User Content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Mulligan is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. The Service is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Card names, images, mana symbols, and other Magic: The Gathering related content are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are sourced from Scryfall, which is also not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
Certain premium features may be available to users who subscribe through Patreon. Patreon subscriptions are governed by Patreon's own terms of service. We reserve the right to modify which features are available at each tier. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
The Service, including its original code, design, and non-Magic: The Gathering content, is the property of eldrazi.dev. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eldrazi.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
