Minor Misplays
Your opponents have made a minor misplay with their angel's grace. It's the last turn in a tournament swiss round. Can you take advantage of it to deterministically win the game without passing the turn? Land drop has not been played and Thassa's oracle trigger, demonic consult, and angel's grace are on the stack.

@x_tb how are you doing all this with split second on the stack? You even play a land while the stack isn't empty. If you're letting Angel's Grace resolve first then all of that is pointless when you can't win and can't pass turn.
I'm assuming the line is ||going to cleanup, (Angel's Grace effect wears off) discard rograkh to hand size and then move it to the command zone through state based actions, making a new round of priority. I just don't know how to get to cleanup with 8 cards in hand AND enough mana to cast borne upon a wind||
