This contains some spoilers for the first and is intended as a more difficult version. Rules and setup are the same, goodluck! your opponent directly after you in turn order is ready to win once you pass turn. Coincidentally, they also happen to have 12 ranger captains. You are in your upkeep, present a deterministic line to win. Your opponent has no reason to hold back. assume they will activate a ranger captain any time they have priority and your are not currently under the effect of ranger Captain. your opponent has not suffered a stroke and has a fully functional brain... so no, they wont respond to you activating necro. :P
